Mile One

                                  Mile One

Mile One, positioned on a quiet, leafy street just minutes to the Kogarah shopping village and just 3 minute-walk to the train station. The name Mile One was inspired by the project’s sheer convenience, perfectly located with everything you need within one mile of your door, from the bay to the village, with shops, transport and beaches all nearby.

There are 116 individual lots that come in various configurations ranging from 1 bedroom to 3 bedrooms units. Some individual lots are also sold with parking and additional external storage included to accommodate purchaser requirements.

A palette of contemporary exterior materials has created a unique aesthetic. Generous balconies play to our love of outdoor living while floor-to-ceiling glass ensures the apartments are flooded with natural light and capitalise on leafy district views. A distinct highlight is Mile One’s inviting communal rooftop garden and entertaining area, from which you can enjoy sweeping bay, district and city skyline views. A pergola-shaded wet bar area is perfect for hosting guests, while planters and areas of lawn provide an oasis of greenery, and integrated seating is dotted throughout the professionally lit space, where you can kick back and relax.

The project is located with 9 bus routes that go through the local area and connect to the Sydney CBD and beyond. Typically, a train journey to the Sydney CBD should take no longer than 21 minutes.

Located a short walk from the Kogarah commercial precinct with a significant retail component, residents of the future project will enjoy access to essential shops and services at their doorstep with a large retail offering along with medical services at the nearby St George Hospital. There are abundant educational resources here, including Kogarah Public School, Kogarah High School, St George High School, James Cook Boys Technical High School.

Enjoy easy access to a host of wonderful recreational attractions and a laid back coastal lifestyle. Take a leisurely stroll to the calm waters of bayside beaches such as Brighton-Le-Sands, which is loved for its vibrant multicultural dining scene. The pristine ocean beaches and picturesque waterways of the Shire are also within easy reach, as is the Royal National Park. Nearby Rockdale Bicentennial Park is a wonderful resource, featuring a bike track, waterways and playing fields.
